Conrad Seoul Revamps 'Zest' for a Course-like Buffet Experience

Conrad Seoul has reopened its premium buffet restaurant, Zest, targeting a luxury buffet and dining experience through 120 diverse dishes. The renewed Zest offers live cooking and table-order services, allowing customers to enjoy their meals like a course dining experience. Zest is divided into five stations: Ocean, Ranch, Bistro, Oriental, and Patisserie, each offering global cuisines. Signature dishes include fresh seafood, premium meats, and Singapore's Hainanese chicken rice, as well as Italian cuisine prepared on-site. The Patisserie features high-end desserts and customizable crepes. New signature dishes served at the table, like 'Chicken Morel Soup' and 'Negidoro Donburi', enhance the dining experience beyond a typical buffet. Conrad Seoul aims to introduce more diverse events by inviting Hilton chefs from around the world.
