Comedy Venue 'Yoon Hyung-bin Small Theater' Closes After 15 Years

Comedian Yoon Hyung-bin's dedicated comedy venue, 'Yoon Hyung-bin Small Theater', which had been operating since 2010, will hold its final performance on the 30th of this month. The theater, initially launched in Busan and relocated to Hongdae, Seoul in 2015, was a central hub for comedy performances like 'War with the Audience' and 'Romantic Christmas'. However, declines in attendance and operational challenges have led to its closure. During the COVID-19 pandemic, Yoon Hyung-bin maintained the theater to provide a stage for comedians. The recent relaunch of KBS's 'Gag Concert' made this decision timely. Many comedians, including those from KBS's rookie groups, honed their skills here. Yoon Hyung-bin expressed gratitude for the joy the theater brought him over the years.
