Busan's 'Cultural Listening' Initiative Engages Citizens in Cultural Policy

The city of Busan, in collaboration with the Busan Institute, held a 'Cultural Listening' event where fifty citizens discussed cultural policies and ideas, expressing their views on issues such as the cultural gap and the need for cultural access for all. The event aims to collect input from citizens and artists for the development of a third implementation plan by 2030, addressing cultural resources, professional training, and governance.
