Hoban Group Hosts Summer Gourmet Lunch with Chef Ahn Yoo-sung

Hoban Group held a special "summer gourmet" lunch at its Seoul headquarters cafeteria on July 7 to boost employee morale during the heat. The menu was prepared by Ahn Yoo-sung, the 16th Korean Master Chef (조리명장) who appeared on the Netflix show "Black & White Chefs" (흑백요리사). Dishes included dongchimi naengmyeon (radish water kimchi cold noodles), Namdo-style bulgogi (southern regional marinated beef), and side dishes like kimchi buckwheat pancakes and seasoned bean sprouts with water parsley. Chef Ahn served the food in person and greeted staff. Hoban Group plans to expand food-and-beverage collaborations for employees and customers, building on past partnerships with popular brands and chefs and resort dining events.
