Lotte Tour Development Inducted into 2026 Korea Service Awards Hall of Fame

Lotte Tour Development was inducted into the Hall of Fame at the 2026 Korea Service Awards, organized by the Korea Standards Association (KSA). The Hall of Fame honor is given to companies that have won the overall Korea Service Award for five or more consecutive years and scored at least 850 out of 1,000 in expert evaluations. The Korea Service Awards assess service quality across factors such as CEO leadership, corporate social responsibility, long-term strategy, business performance, on-site inspections, and employee satisfaction surveys. Lotte Tour Development has won the travel-service overall award 16 times since its first in 2003. Last year, CEO Baek Hyun received the top executive award for successfully managing the company's premium brand HIGH&(하이앤드). Baek said the Hall of Fame induction recognizes the company’s achievements and pledged to continue offering innovative services and differentiated travel experiences.
