Jeju Air has recognized five staff members as Consumer-Centered Management (CCM) outstanding employees for handling unexpected incidents with strong customer care. The awards, presented at a Seoul ceremony, went to a manager in Da Nang and four cabin crew. The Da Nang manager assisted a passenger whose pet dog died on an Incheon–Da Nang flight, helping with grief support and Vietnamese entry and quarantine procedures. The cabin crew were commended for minimizing passenger inconvenience when a flight bound for Gimhae diverted back to Incheon due to strong winds. Since 2024, Jeju Air has been selecting CCM awardees based on customer praise, service improvements, and safety actions; 26 individuals or teams have been honored so far. In related news, Jeju Air ranked 6th among 10 domestic carriers in the 2025 aviation service evaluation by the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport, and 3rd among low-cost carriers (LCC).
