Shake Shack Korea marks its 10th anniversary by launching a four-item 'Heritage Collection' in collaboration with Michelin-starred chef Son Jong-won. The lineup includes the 'Heritage Tteokgalbi Shack' burger featuring a buckwheat (memil) bun, tteokgalbi (grilled short rib patties with a sweet-savory glaze) and beef patty, plus a grilled green onion ash-mayo sauce; 'Heritage Smoke Fries' with a savory Korean twist; 'Heritage Yuzu Yakgwa Shake' topped with yakgwa (traditional Korean honey cookie) and yuzu sauce; and a themed 'Concrete' dessert. The menu will be sold for a limited time at all Shake Shack locations in Korea — burger 14,900 KRW, fries 5,900 KRW, shake 8,500 KRW, concrete 7,300 KRW. Chef Son will donate all collaboration royalties to vulnerable communities. To celebrate, Shake Shack runs Happy Point app coupon events through the 12th and a KakaoTalk channel set upgrade coupon valid until the 31st. Shake Shack opened its first Korean store in 2016 and now operates 36 locations.
