MUSINSA (a popular Korean fashion platform) held a meeting with the Korean Intellectual Property Office (KIPO) to discuss the activation of the K-fashion ecosystem and protect domestic brands' rights. The meeting aimed to prepare for intellectual property (IP) issues that potential Korean designer brands may face while entering global markets. MUSINSA proposed joint efforts to address unfair competition, such as the examination of products containing down/cashmere. KIPO and MUSINSA aim to solidify partnerships for smoother global expansion of K-brands.
