Six Pianists Deliver Moving Performance at Beautiful Mind Piano Concert

Beautiful Mind will present a piano concert on the 16th at 7:30 PM at Yeongsan Art Hall in Seoul featuring six pianists—students and alumni from the Beautiful Mind Music Academy, which offers free music education to disabled and non-disabled youth. The lineup includes performers with developmental and visual disabilities alongside non-disabled musicians. The program’s first half offers solo recitals (including Bach, Chopin, Haydn), showcasing individual artistry. The second half features the Vision Piano Ensemble performing varied ensemble formats: two-piano works, a virtuosic duo on Rutosławski’s Paganini Variations and Rachmaninoff’s two-piano Suite No.2 “Tarantella,” and a six-hands (three pianists at one piano) finale of Mozart’s overture from The Marriage of Figaro. The concert is funded by the Community Chest of Korea and free to the public. Beautiful Mind, a cultural-diplomacy charity running Korea’s first integrated orchestra and employment programs for disabled artists, aims to highlight music’s power to bridge disability divides and celebrate inclusive musical excellence.
