Jinam, a Korean company specializing in managing small- and mid-sized lodging, said it has upgraded its AI-driven integrated operations platform FrontX to address labor costs, night shift gaps, and operational inefficiencies. FrontX centralizes reservation, inventory, pricing, unmanned check-in, settlement, remote monitoring, and customer support into one system, allowing owners to avoid juggling separate tools. Using automated night monitoring and 24-hour unified customer response, a direct-managed site reported about 5 million KRW monthly personnel savings. AI features include demand forecasting and dynamic pricing to improve occupancy and ADR (average daily rate). Jinam redesigned FrontX’s UX/UI for smaller properties, added two-step adult verification, passport-scanner based verification for foreign guests, and expanded multilingual support. The company plans further OTA integration, operational manuals for enhanced remote monitoring, and aims to roll out FrontX across 100+ franchise locations nationwide this year. External evaluation awarded FrontX the top TI-1 technical grade, and properties using it saw revenue rise 22.9% year‑to‑date. (OTA: online travel agency)
