The product features noodles fried in beef tallow for a nutty aroma, a roasted jjajang soup base made by high-heat frying fermented soybean paste (chunjang) and onions, and large beef dice flakes to deepen the savory profile. The thicker, chewy noodles are designed so the tallow-infused cooking water is not discarded, allowing the tallow flavor to blend into the sauce. Samyang will hold pre-orders on its online store and begin nationwide sales in major retailers and convenience stores after launch, supported by live-stream promotions. The release expands Samyang’s strategy of modernizing its beef tallow heritage established with 'Samyang1963', aiming to strengthen its premium ramen lineup using decades of manufacturing know-how.
