K-Global Ballet will donate most ticket proceeds from the July 11 performance of its new creative ballet 'The Little Mermaid' to the International Rescue Committee (IRC). Tickets purchased via the IRC’s dedicated booking link for the second show at Hwaseong Arts Center (화성예술의전당) will be mostly given as a donation and used for humanitarian aid—emergency relief, medical care, education and livelihoods—in conflict, climate and disaster-affected regions. Audience members who book through the link receive a 20% discount on all seat categories and may buy unlimited tickets. Dancer Seong Jae-seung (성재승), who previously volunteered as an instructor in a medical relief fundraiser, will star as the prince alongside former Mariinsky Ballet soloist Jeon Min-chul. The new ballet is a modern reinterpretation of Hans Christian Andersen’s classic and runs July 11–12 at Hwaseong Arts Center.
