hy launches 'Mechnikov' series with seasonal Seongju chamoe Greek yogurt

hy announced a new spoonable Greek yogurt, 'Mechnikov Seongju Chamoe Greek' (chamoe = Korean melon), made with Seongju-grown chamoe and domestic 1A-grade milk. The product is thick-textured—created by maturing milk and removing whey—and includes crunchy melon pieces and 10 g of protein per 100 g serving. hy will pre-release it on Kakao Makers on the 29th and sell via its own store 'hyPredit'. Since a December brand refresh, Mechnikov has grown about 10% in sales and passed 2.8 million cumulative units; hy plans a large-format plum (maesil) drink yogurt next month to strengthen the line-up.
