The Philippine Department of Tourism is supporting the launch of the first '2026 Manila-Cebu Edition' of the Michelin Guide, aiming to highlight the unique fusion of tradition and modernity in Filipino cuisine with a diverse culinary collection from its 7,641 islands. The inaugural edition will list top restaurants to be released in the fourth quarter of this year. Solaire Resort, celebrating its 12th anniversary, hosted world-renowned chefs for a gourmet event, including Heinz Beck, known for his innovative cuisine. The event showcased a blend of Filipino, Japanese, and Korean culinary influences, providing guests with exceptional dining experiences.
