Samguk Yusa Theme Park Opens Summer Water Park, Performances and Drone Soccer

Gunwi County in North Gyeongsang announced the opening of the Samguk Yusa Theme Park’s 2026 summer program, 'Haeryong Water Park', from July 4 to August 23. The free water play area offers water slides, showers, changing rooms and shade, plus access to family facilities like Ainuri Kids Park and Haeryong Slide. A Naver Shopping LIVE sale on June 26 will include limited-time discounts and a 1+1 ticket offer for the first 100 buyers. Weekend highlights from July 25 to August 2 feature the “Heat Beat! EDM Balloon Show” and giveaways (mini tubes for the first 200 visitors). Free drone-soccer experience sessions for elementary students run on weekends from July 4–26 at the Media Art Center (elementary lower grades: 11:00 & 13:00; upper grades: 15:00 & 16:00). Organizers say the program aims to let families enjoy water play, performances and hands-on activities in one location.
