Singer Park Seojin has canceled her Seoul encore concerts scheduled for July 4–5 at the Olympic Park Handball Stadium (Ticketlink Live Arena) after a prolonged protest blocking the Jamsil vote-counting center disrupted venue access and event logistics. Her agency said they explored relocation and date changes but ultimately could not ensure safe, normal operations; tickets will be fully refunded. The blockade began after ballot shortages during the June 3 local elections and has entered its 19th day, causing traffic controls and crowd-management issues. Several large cultural events in and around Olympic Park were affected: Nexon moved its MapleStory showcase to KINTEX in Ilsan, the Seoul Park Music Festival shifted stages, and HYBE heavily revised operations for WeverseCon. Park Seojin had successfully toured cities like Busan and Gwangju and had planned to close her tour with the Seoul encore, but the unexpected protest forced the cancellation.
