Goseong County Hosts Free Children’s Cultural Performance 'Ganiyeok Cantabile'

Goseong County will present a free children’s performance titled 'Ganiyeok Cantabile' on the 24th at the county Cultural Welfare Center. Part of a children’s arts support program by the Gangwon Cultural Foundation, the play depicts interactions between people and a stray cat at a small rural train stop (ganiyeok, a simple local station) facing closure, exploring themes of life and coexistence in a child-friendly way. There will be two shows, at 10:30 AM (for local daycare groups) and 7:00 PM (open to children and guardians in the community). Officials said they will continue to offer varied cultural opportunities so children can enjoy and learn from the arts.
