Grand Mercure Opens European-style Outdoor Pool in Gangnam for 30,000 KRW

Grand Mercure Imperial Palace Seoul Gangnam opened its guests-only outdoor pool for the summer season on June 20. Located on the hotel’s 3rd floor, the pool features a European-style terrace and blue-striped sunbeds, creating a resort-like atmosphere in central Seoul. The hotel launched a pool package (one-night stay, two adult pool passes, and an eco-bag) available from June 20 to August 17; guests are automatically booked into the afternoon session (2nd shift). From June 20 to August 18 the hotel will also hold a raffle awarding six winners a head spa voucher for two (valued at 550,000 KRW) at Jennyhouse, a premium beauty salon in Cheongdam. The pool runs June 20–August 18, by reservation only, with two daily sessions (9:30–14:30 and 15:00–20:00) and a 30-minute maintenance break. Admission is 30,000 KRW for adults and 15,000 KRW for children aged 48 months to 13 years (tax excluded); overnight guests may use the pool once per night. Reservations and package bookings are available via the hotel website or phone, offering a convenient summer getaway in the heart of Gangnam.
