Pianist Son Young-kyung & Oboist Son Yeon-ji Duo Recital; Pianist Kim Jae-hyuk Solo Concert

Two classical concerts will take place at Yeongsan Art Hall in Yeongdeungpo, Seoul. On the 28th, pianist Son Young-kyung and oboist Son Yeon-ji present a duo recital titled “Memories of the Baroque,” featuring works by Bach, Marcello, and Ravel (oboe concerto). Son Young-kyung trained at Hanyang University and the Eastman School of Music and holds a doctorate in education; she teaches at Daejin University and has made extensive recording contributions, including over 500 new art songs. Son Yeon-ji studied at Seoul National University and the Peabody Institute and is active as principal oboist of the Gimpo Philharmonic and a member of Ensemble Espoir. On the 30th, pianist Kim Jae-hyuk gives a solo recital “Liszt: From Consolation to Transcendence,” featuring Liszt’s Consolation S.172 and Venezia e Napoli S.162. Kim studied in Germany (Stuttgart) and has performed across Europe; he has collaborated on recording projects and now teaches while performing with chamber ensembles.
