Jeju Shilla Hotel is showcasing limited-time seasonal spring menus at its restaurants Hinode and The Parkview. At the Japanese restaurant Hinode, a special course menu featuring seven types of spring vegetables and fresh Jeju fish is available. Dishes include the seasonal fish such as 'Ahopdongari' and 'Gumunjaengi' (a regional name for a type of grouper) paired with vegetables like radish greens, mugwort, rape blossoms, and more. The culinary experience also includes tofu with spring pea sauce, clear soup with radish, and spring vegetable tempura. At The Parkview, an all-day dining restaurant, the spring menu includes dinner options like squid ink pasta with webfoot octopus and seafood noodle soup, as well as lunch menu options featuring seasoned cockles and other fresh seafood. These exclusive menus are available until May 31.
