Lotteria, a popular South Korean fast-food chain, has teamed up with Chef Kwon Seong-jun from the Netflix show 'Black and White Chef' to create a new menu item, the 'Napoli Mafia Mozzarella Burger'. Just one week after its release, 450,000 burgers have been sold. This innovative burger combines Lotteria's well-loved 'Mozzarella in the Burger' with Chef Kwon's unique recipe, incorporating brioche buns topped with mozzarella and cheddar cheese. The colors of green basil, white mozzarella, and red tomatoes symbolize the Italian flag, highlighting the collaboration's international flavor. Additionally, two versions are available: 'Tomato Basil' and 'Balsamic Basil'. These collaborations led to a remarkable 33% increase in Lotteria's sales compared to last year, with a significant 78% of purchasers in their 20s and 30s. This new burger's popularity is also boosting sales of the original menu item, 'Mozzarella in the Burger Bacon'.
