Korean Fashion Industry Tackles Fiber Composition Misrepresentation

The Korean fashion industry, led by Musinsa, is addressing issues of false fiber composition claims by partnering with certification agencies. Musinsa has started a comprehensive survey of nearly 8,000 products for down and cashmere items after some brands were found misreporting stuffing ratios. They've teamed up with FITI and KATRI, key testing organizations in Korea. Following Musinsa, other major retailers like Lotte Group and SSG are also implementing stringent checks, requiring test reports to restore consumer trust.
