Korean Fisheries Promotion Event Offers Up to 50% Discounts

The Korean Ministry of Oceans and Fisheries is hosting the 'Korea Fisheries Grand Sale - Fisheries Day Special Exhibition' to promote the consumption of spring seafood and help alleviate shopping cart costs. Running from March 19 to April 6, the event offers up to 50% discounts on purchases of domestic seafood from both offline and online stores. This includes popular fish species and items needing sales stimulation such as flatfish, abalone, and others. The event spans 19 offline supermarkets and 25 online malls. On March 19, the Vice Minister of the Ministry is set to visit a major retail store in Daejeon to observe the prices and discount event progress.
