The Gangneung International Art Festival (GIAF) began on October 14th in Gangneung, South Korea. This biennial event promises to bridge the city with contemporary art until November 20th. The festival's title, 'Esija, Osija,' is inspired by a chant from the Gangneung Dano Festival, symbolizing an invitation to all entities.
