Busan's Sigotel Restaurant 'Chaolan' Celebrates Michelin Guide Selection

Sigotel Busan's Cantonese restaurant, 'Chaolan,' is offering a special promotion to celebrate its inclusion in the 'Michelin Guide Busan 2025.' The only hotel restaurant in Busan to be listed, Chaolan recreates the glamorous atmosphere of 1920s Hong Kong. Visitors can enjoy a welcome glass of Spanish sparkling wine until April 30th. The menu crafted by Head Chef Jeong Yong-jae features local Busan ingredients interpreted through his culinary expertise, including a variety of dim sums and dishes such as steamed lobster and abalone platter served in melon.
