Chuncheon Cultural Foundation selected as 'Dream Theatre Hub' for 5-year national funding

The Chuncheon Cultural Foundation in Gangwon Province, South Korea, has been chosen as a new hub institution for the Korean Arts Education Institute's '2025 Dream Theatre' project, receiving 400 million won in government support over 5 years. The program focuses on puppet theatre education for slow learners (borderline intellectual functioning). The project's aim is to enhance artistic skills among children and youth by establishing regional art hubs, promoting access to cultural experiences. It cooperates with the local group 'Slow Voice' to offer customized arts education throughout Chuncheon, targeting approximately 780 slow learners in the area.
