The 3rd Gangneung International Art Festival (GIAF25) is currently taking place at the historic Gangneung Daedohobu Government Office. It features the artwork "1025: Without People and People" by artist Yoon Seok-nam. Hosted by the Pharmaresearch Cultural Foundation, the festival runs until April 20, under the theme 'Esija, Osija' across various locations in Gangneung. Daedohobu Government Office refers to a historical government office building during the Joseon Dynasty.
