Collaborating with young chefs from various cooking genres, including those from the Netflix show "Black and White Chef", Chef Choi hopes to bring diversity to the event. The popup event seeks to celebrate Seoul hosting the international gastronomy event 'Asia's 50 Best Restaurants' for the second consecutive year. Ticket reservations are first-come-first-serve via the 'CatchTable' app and priced at 40,000 won per person, with purchase restrictions to accommodate more attendees.
