Gangwon Tourism Foundation has announced the launch of the 'Gangwon Vegan Again' tourism program, coinciding with the '2025-2026 Gangwon Visit Year.' This initiative aims to boost local tourism by linking vegan culture with experiential travel products in areas like Chuncheon, Hwacheon, and Yanggu. Veganism, originally centered around diet, now includes trends in fashion and beauty that avoid animal testing products. Special programs such as cooking classes using local produce and temple stays are planned, offering a unique insight into Korea's cultural and vegan lifestyle.
