Chosun Palace Seoul Gangnam and Hong Kong's Grand Majestic Sichuan restaurant are hosting a gourmet event called '8 Great Flavors of Sichuan'. The event, spanning March 23-24, showcases a collaboration between Korean and Hong Kong chefs to present an 8-course meal, reinterpreting authentic Sichuan and Cantonese cuisine. Highlights include dishes like Bang Bang Chicken, King Crab Soup, and Crispy Shrimp Cheung Fun paired with wines and blended teas. Famous chef Park Eun-young will perform the table-side Dan Dan Noodles service, adding spice and finesse live for guests.
