Korean Air unveils new in-flight meals designed in collaboration with Chef Kim Se-kyung from the fine dining restaurant Cesta. The new menu is part of their upgraded services, offering a course meal experience similar to what guests enjoy in fine dining establishments. Passengers can relish a sequence of amuse-bouche, appetizer, soup, main dish, cheese, and dessert, with a focus on fresh, seasonal ingredients and diverse cooking methods. Specialty dishes include Papillote meat dishes and innovative Korean meals such as octopus nutrient rice bowl and brisket bibimbap. These offerings will gradually become available on long-distance flights, starting with major cities like New York, Paris, and London.
