Memorial Concert for Soprano Lee Kyoo-do at Seoul Cyber University

A memorial concert was held on November 8th at the Seoul Arts Center to honor the late Lee Kyoo-do, recognized as Korea's "first generation soprano" and an honorary professor at Seoul Cyber University. Esteemed colleagues and students, including Soprano Park Jung-won, and prominent professors from Seoul National University and Ewha Womans University participated. Conducted by Hong Seok-won with the Korea Coop Orchestra performing, the concert celebrated her legacy. Lee was notably the first foreigner to receive an honorary music doctorate from the prestigious Moscow State Conservatory. ('예술의전당' refers to a major arts complex in Seoul.)
