Jeju Dream Tower's Cafe 8 Reopens with Newly Upgraded Menu by Michelin-starred Chef

Lotte Tour Development has reopened the western dining & bar 'Cafe 8' at Jeju Dream Tower Grand Hyatt. Led by Michelin-starred Chef Burton Yi, the restaurant has expanded its premium menu to include new dishes like seafood tower and bluefin tuna tartare. The revamped menu features 160 western dishes, alongside wines and cocktails. ‘Cafe 8’ aims to cater to both casual and fine dining experiences, now located on the same floor as the popular outdoor pool deck. To celebrate, a 'Bring your own bottle' promotion will be available in March, offering wine corkage free of charge.
