Pina Bausch (1940–2009), a German dancer and choreographer, revolutionized contemporary dance by expressing human emotions and relationships through her unique dance style, known as 'Tanztheater' (dance theater). This genre combines elements of dance, theater, and stage art and gained prominence thanks to Bausch's innovative works such as 'Café Müller' and 'The Rite of Spring'. Despite her passing in 2009, her legacy lives on in her groundbreaking performances, including the piece 'Carnation', which can be seen from November 6–9 at the LG Arts Center in Seoul, South Korea.
