The Busan National Maritime Children's Museum, located in Yeongdo, has completed a comprehensive renovation and will reopen on March 10th. The museum has revamped its facilities and exhibits to align with children's perspectives, creating an open environment for family enjoyment. The permanent exhibition, titled 'Time Travel Sea Adventure', consists of three parts - 'Let's Adventure to the Sea', 'Living with the Sea', and 'Dreaming of Tomorrow with the Sea'. These sections offer interactive experiences like becoming a sea explorer, sensory activities, and learning about marine culture. A new 'Island Village Playground' provides sensory play for children under five. The museum requires reservations for entry during weekdays and weekends, which can be made on their website, while the playground is open without reservation. From March 11th to 15th, various cultural events will celebrate the reopening.
