Notable South Korean installation artist Haegue Yang is showcasing her first major solo exhibition in the Netherlands at Kunsthal Rotterdam. Titled 'Haegue Yang: Leap Year', the exhibition is part of a European tour following her London presentation in 2024. It features over 70 works encompassing installation, sculpture, video, text, and sound, exploring themes such as social, political, and spiritual everyday life. The exhibit highlights her unique artistic language, which often incorporates everyday objects to challenge dichotomous thinking. Concurrently, Yang is holding the first solo exhibition by a Korean artist at the Nasher Sculpture Center in Dallas and will have showcases in the U.S. and Hong Kong.
