The Baekse Choir, known as a cultural icon for seniors in South Korea, is set to perform at the Lotte Concert Hall in Seoul on November 24th. Comprising 108 singers aged 60 to 90, the choir will present its third annual concert under the theme 'Triumph of Peace'. Conducted by the acclaimed Kim Sang-Kyung, the concert aims to reflect on global conflicts and advocate for peace through music by Karl Jenkins such as 'Benedictus'. The performance will also include a second part featuring songs like 'Holro Arirang', reflecting on both the country's reality and their personal journeys. This showcases how music enriches their lives in later years.
