Blind pianist Nobuyuki Tsujii, renowned for his unique interpretations, is set to perform at Seoul's Lotte Concert Hall on March 11. Despite being born with microphthalmia (a condition resulting in small or absent eyes), Tsujii focuses on his passion for piano, challenging the notion of 'overcoming disability'. Recently, he signed with the prestigious classical label Deutsche Grammophon and released an album themed around Beethoven. Tsujii, inspired by the resilience of composers like Beethoven, has roots in Chopin's work and is exploring Russian compositions for future performances.
