New Members Join the 6th Class of Gangwon Provincial Theater

The Gangwon Provincial Theater has successfully selected new members for its 6th actor class, including six actors and an intern. The selection process included a three-stage audition: document screening, performance evaluation, and group workshop. Among those selected are Kim Hyoung-geon, who has been active in Seoul's Daehak-ro theater scene, and Park Seong-hwan, known for his roles in major musicals like 'The Last Empress'. The new members, aged 20 to 40, participated in an inauguration ceremony and have started rehearsals for a play adapted from a story by Luis Sepúlveda, to be performed in May. These actors will contribute to this year's series of performances, beginning with the tale of a cat teaching a seagull to fly.
