Estéem, a Seoul-based brand marketing and content company founded in 2004, is preparing for a KOSDAQ IPO and says it will act as a content-focused brand incubator to help Korean labels gain sustained global attention. The firm leverages intellectual property (IP) from models and influencers to run marketing, content and performance-driven fashion events—such as the 2023 ‘Catwalk Festa’ combining K-fashion and K-pop—and has expanded into full-cycle brand incubating services. Revenue grew from 25.4 billion won in 2021 to 35.6 billion won in 2024, with operating loss in 2021 turning into a 2 billion won operating profit in 2024. The IPO will offer 1.8 million shares, with a target price range of 7,000–8,500 won (totaling about 12.6–15.3 billion won), implying a market cap of roughly 60.8–73.8 billion won; subscription for retail investors is scheduled for May 23–24, with listing targeted next month.
