BTS Jungkook Named Hublot Global Ambassador as Brand Showcases Upgraded Big Bang Unico

Swiss luxury watchmaker Hublot has appointed BTS member Jungkook as a global ambassador. Jungkook was shown wearing the brand’s renewed Big Bang Original Unico King Gold Ceramic, reflecting Hublot’s “Art of Fusion” philosophy that mixes materials and craftsmanship. The Big Bang Original Unico, refreshed for its 20th anniversary, uses Hublot’s in-house Unico automatic chronograph movement (2nd generation) with a slim 6.75mm profile, 72-hour power reserve, silicon escape wheel, and flyback chronograph function. The 43mm case unifies fit while preserving the collection’s signature features—six bezel screws, multi-layer construction, and rubber straps with an easy one-click change system. Models come in black high-tech ceramic, titanium, and Hublot’s proprietary King Gold, plus special finishes like the “Coal Blue” dial and a collaboration all-black skeleton SR_A by designer Samuel Ross. Hublot highlights five patents in the Unico 2 development, focused on smoother winding, improved clutch stability, ceramic ball bearings, balance-spring micro-adjustment, and shock absorption, all visible through a sapphire display caseback.
