The Korean Ministry of Oceans and Fisheries has announced flatfish (a type of fish with eyes on one side of its body) and bluefin tuna (often called the "noble fish of the sea") as the "Fishes of the Month" for March. Flatfish, rich in protein and low in fat, is effective in preventing aging and hypertension due to its high selenium and potassium content. Bluefin tuna, which can grow up to 3 meters, is rich in niacin and omega-3 fatty acids, helping to prevent cardiovascular diseases. It's often enjoyed raw in sashimi form.
