The Guam Coco Road Race, celebrating its 20th year in 2023, is a marathon event designed to raise awareness about the endangered Guam rail bird. The marathon, taking place on April 12-13, features various races, including a 'Coco Kids Fun Run' for children of different age groups and a 21km half-marathon. A new addition is the Ekiden marathon, a relay-style race for teams. Participants can enjoy running along Guam’s stunning beaches and landscapes, with early-bird registration fees available until March 31. The event is aimed at families and individuals of all ages.
