Calligrapher Ham Young-hoon Hosts Free Brush-Calligraphy Event at Gangneung City Hall

Dongju (pen name) calligrapher Ham Young-hoon, a native of Gangneung and master of Hunminjeongeum (the original Korean script), will hold a “Sharing Good Writings” brush-calligraphy event at the first-floor lobby of Gangneung City Hall on the morning of the 11th. Attendees can watch Ham write calligraphy live and experience traditional Korean brush art. Ham said he hopes calligraphy will be enjoyed and loved as an art form by everyone and invited the public to participate.
