Company Bom is recruiting teams for the 2026 incubator project ‘Next-Generation Musical Festival – Beyond Daehakro,’ supported by the Korea Arts & Culture Education Service (한국문화예술위원회). The program requires teams of three—writer, composer, and director—to collaborate from the early creation phase, lowering entry barriers for aspiring directors and strengthening creative bonds. A total of 40.5 million KRW in development grants will fund two tracks: Track 1 (a 50-minute showcase) and Track 2 (full performance development). Large-theater musical projects will receive selection bonuses. Top Korean mentors and creators from successful shows (including Mia Familia, Memphıs, and Fan Letter) will provide mentoring and special lectures. Eligibility: teams of writer, composer, and director all aged 29 or under (born on or after Jan 1, 1996). Applications close on the 26th via a Google Form; shortlisted teams will present showcases Sept 4–6 at Plus Theatre (플러스씨어터). Selected works gain promotion, exposure to domestic producers, and priority negotiating rights for future IP. (Daehakro: a well-known theatre district in Seoul)
