Korean Domino's Manager Wins Asia-Pacific Fastest Pizza Maker Contest

Kwon Chaerin, assistant manager at Domino’s Ulsan Samsan (울산삼산) store, won the Asia-Pacific FPM (Fastest Pizza Maker) contest after previously winning Korea’s FPM. Competing against participants from 12 countries, she prepared three pizzas in one minute — about 35% faster than her previous Korean record of 1 minute 34 seconds. Kwon will next represent Domino’s Korea at the global WFPM (World Fastest Pizza Maker) event in Las Vegas, where she will compete against top makers like 2024 champion Joana Mendes, who made three pizzas in 39 seconds. FPM began in the U.S. in 1982 and tests competitors on speed and quality across three pizzas (pepperoni, mushroom, and cheese). Winners earn the title of top Domino’s pizza maker, prize money, and awards.
