Gugus Offers 20% Fee Discount for Bulk Consignment of Secondhand Luxury Goods

Gugus, a Korean secondhand luxury platform, is running a “bulk consignment event” through the end of next month to help sellers reduce costs. Customers who consign 10 or more high-end clothing or footwear items will receive a 20% discount on selling fees. Kids items and the base fee are excluded. Gugus operates on a consignment (selling-on-consignment) model—storing and selling items on behalf of owners rather than buying them outright—often allowing higher resale prices than direct purchase models. Consignments can be made at 29 nationwide direct stores or via the Gugus app and website. The promotion aims to encourage wardrobe cleanouts ahead of spring and broaden buyers’ choices in the growing pre-owned luxury market amid recent price rises for new luxury goods.
