BTS confirmed a March comeback showcase in Gwanghwamun and main concerts in Goyang in April, driving unprecedented hotel bookings across the Seoul metropolitan area. Luxury hotels near Gwanghwamun like Four Seasons and The Plaza report full occupancy for March–April; The Plaza saw bookings jump 11-fold after the government approved the shows. Hotels near the Goyang venue and Magok (near Gimpo Airport) also face “ironclad” full-booking as canceled rooms are immediately rebooked. Fans often hold reservations while waiting for ticket cancellations, creating a tense last-minute “eyeing” game. Seoul city officials have launched inspections, including mystery shoppers, to prevent price gouging and illegal cancellation inducements, aiming to protect visitors and public safety during the busy period.
