(Seoul=Yonhap News) By Hyunwoo Shin: On the morning of March 2, visitors entered Bukchon Hanok Village in Seoul's Jongno District during the designated visiting hours. Starting March 1, Jongno District has enforced a new policy limiting visiting hours in the "Red Zone" of Bukchon special management area. Visitors are only allowed from 10 AM to 5 PM, and those entering outside these hours for tourism purposes will incur a fine of 100,000 KRW (about 90 USD).
