LF’s fashion label Hazzys opened its first overseas flagship, ‘SpaceH Shanghai,’ in Xintiandi, marking a major step in its global push. Despite a slight drop in LF’s overall sales last year, operating profit rose, driven largely by fashion—Hazzys accounts for a large share of the segment. Since entering China in 2007 with a premium casual strategy, Hazzys has grown quickly (about 600 stores in China recently) and saw double-digit growth in Chinese sales last year. The new Shanghai flagship, located in a premium luxury district, aims to raise brand stature with 20–40-year-old locals and global tourists. LF plans to use China as a springboard to open its first India store this year, add Hong Kong outlets, and enter Europe gradually using tailored entry strategies (licenses, distribution, local entities). Hazzys is also broadening its lineup into kidswear and accessories to become a family lifestyle brand, launching a kids website and planning seasonal kids collections from 2026 SS. LF says it will continue long-term investments in space, content, and product to strengthen brand identity and customer experience across key global markets.
